All our mentors have both theoretical and practical experience. Theoretically everyone has a basic education and continuing education. Mostly an academic basic education supplemented with an MBA / other master’s degree or psychological / therapeutic education corresponding to the admission requirements of the Danish Psychotherapeutic Association. The practical experience includes for all senior management positions, multi-year consultancy experience and most of the board positions
Mentor2communication collaborates with a large number of specialists eg. within the recruitment test and staff jurisprudence / practice. There are affiliated actors and designers.
